At Angélique, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy before placing your order.

 

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within up to 7 business days.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking update.
  • Packages are not allowed to be opened in the presence of the courier.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact. 

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return and will not be processed.

 

Return Fees

Returns requested due to:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

A 100 EGP return shipping fee applies.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, Angélique will cover all shipping and return costs.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or the agreed refund procedure.
